Diced pit ham, sauteed with onions, green chilies, tomatoes, and sliced mushrooms, all scrambled with three eggs and topped with melted Swiss cheese. Served with Crackers country potatoes and choice of toast.
Golden waffle topped with fresh blueberries and strawberries, then garnished with whip cream. Served with two eggs made to order and two slices of bacon.
Two pieces of twelve grain wheat toast, topped with sliced avocado, homemade Roma tomato mix, sprouts and drizzled with balsamic dressing. Served with side of cottage cheese.

Grilled chicken breast served on a garlic butter grilled Telera roll, with roasted red bell pepper pesto and parmesan cheese mayo, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Served with choice of side.
Bed of fresh spring mix salad tossed with toasted almonds, and sugared spicy pecans. Topped with fresh sliced strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and char-broiled chicken breast. Garnished with goat cheese and served with Blueberry-Pomegranate vinaigrette dressing and garlic bread.
